Our Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your console table must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, damage not present upon arrival, or are not in their original, resellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Given our product niche, all items must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. We do not have specific categories of non-returnable items beyond those that do not meet the general return eligibility requirements.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@furnisage.store or call us at +14079927777 during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will guide you through the return process. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.

Return Shipping

Furnisage LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to make the return process convenient for you. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit back to us.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the status of your refund after completing the inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or payment processor’s policies. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed by Furnisage LLC.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process to return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you desire.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your console table arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@furnisage.store or +14079927777. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work diligently to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.
