Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets and buy-now-pay-later services. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

When Are You Charged?

Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is successfully processed. We do not charge you until you complete the checkout process and confirm your order.

Currency

All prices on Furnisage are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or card issuer will apply their standard conversion rate.

Sales Tax

Furnisage LLC does not charge sales tax on any orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — no hidden taxes or fees.

Billing Information

Your billing address must match the address on file with your payment provider. Inaccurate billing information may result in your payment being declined. We do not store your full card details — all card data is handled directly by our PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

• Verify your card number, expiry date, and CVV are entered correctly.
• Ensure your billing address matches your card's registered address.
• Check with your bank to confirm the transaction is not being blocked.
• Try a different payment method.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For returns and refunds after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in your account being flagged and future orders being declined.

Buy Now, Pay Later

We offer buy now, pay later options through Shop Pay Installments, allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free installments. Available at checkout, subject to approval.
